RMA Form

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please complete the form below. For each RMA request, a maximum of 1 different part numbers can be entered. Upon approval of your request, you will receive an E-mail notification with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. The RMA approval process generally takes 3 to 5 working days. You must obtain an RMA number prior to returning your product.

Important Notes:

  • Prior submit this form, please make sure you had registered your Warranty Request. If you had not perform this task please register now.
  • This service is available within the USA ONLY due to export/import requirements.
  • Product outside the U.S.A. must be returned through the reseller from which it was purchased.
  • Your RMA request will be reviewed by our Technical Support staff. Please be aware that the request may be rejected if the information provided is incomplete. Completing the information in the Part Number or Model Number fields is essential for the processing of your request.

It is imperative that the model/serial/part number be verified from the product itself. It can be found printed on the white sticker at the base module.

Please be aware that your RMA request may be rejected if the information you provide regarding Model and Model Number is incomplete

2MB maximum allowed per file size. Total 3 files allowed.
Minimum 2 photos (jpg, png and pdf) for part defect and 1 proof of purchase for standard replacement purpose.

Shipping Method: XAR MOTION PTE LTD will ship the item to you by ground postage.

PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required for all deliveries. This requirement supersedes any individual signature release(s)

To ensure your RMA request is processed promptly, please ensure that all information is complete and correct. Improper information will delay the processing of your RMA request.
