Duration of Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty support for the following periods of time starting upon the date of retail purchase of product.

Bee Towers 100 and 200 series floor stand consist of mechanical functional parts and user need to adapt the correct normal use method which is stated in the instruction manual to operate a Bee Towers 100 and 200 series floor stand. XAR MOTION PTE LTD warrants on manufacturer defective parts, it is the customers’ responsibility to return the defective part only and to have it properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping to the warranty center for inspection. Warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product as the original end user/customer owns the product. If the warranted items (is) are discontinued, we have the option of replacing the part with a part of similar function from a current model. Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired.

Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Claims resulting from abuse, improper assembly, misuse, abnormal environment conditions, unauthorized repair or modification
  2. Dismantling of screws and components that were assembled when received. Return the entire part for inspection.
  3. Claims result from external cause such as accidents, act of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, liquid contact.
  4. Cosmetic damage, minor cosmetic abnormalities, wear and tear, scratches, dented and chips.
  5. Product for which XAR MOTION PTE LTD will not receive payment

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will XAR MOTION PTE LTD be liable for any lost profit, special indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages(other than personal injury damages), however caused regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use a product, even if XAR MOTION PTE LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will XAR MOTION’s liability exceed the amount paid by the owner for the product. The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or remedy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

To make a Limited Warranty claim in USA & Canada

If you are unable to return the product to the reseller, or if you have purchased the product directly from XAR MOTION PTE LTD, then you may use the recommended steps below. Product purchased outside the USA or Canada, must be returned through the company from which it was purchased.

  1. Fill up the electronic form to support@xarmotion.com & a brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned. It is necessary to attached defect part photos and scan the proof of purchase in the form.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) & XAR MOTION PTE LTD support address.
  3. Enclose a valid proof of purchase, RMA and the reason for return in the package.
  4. Details of Valid proof, see section "Valid Proof of Purchase"
  5. RMA number must be displayed clearly outside of your package
  6. Deliver the product with RMA number, valid proof of purchase to the support address provided

Any expenses of claiming under Limited Warranty will be borne by the person making the claim. The expenses includes any shipping, handling charges, related to the claim in returning the Product to XAR MOTION PTE LTD support address.

XAR MOTION PTE LTD will be responsible for postage expenses for shipping the Product back to you for validity return. Product return from you need to be properly packaged and will bear the full risk of loss, damage if the product that is returned improperly packaged.

Do not return product which has exceeded Limited Warranty period, not covered by Limited Warranty, or without RMA number. You are responsible for the assessment fee, return shipping, and other possible charges incurred in this transit. Please verify all of the information you are submitting to ensure it is complete and correct. Any discrepancy(s) will delay your request and could cause your request to be denied.

"Valid Proof of Purchase"

You need one of the following proof of purchase to be eligible for Limited Warranty Claim

  1. An order number from XAR MOTION PTE LTD
  2. A dated sales receipt from any an authorized XAR MOTION Dealer or Resellers, with product description and price
  3. A dated official email from authorized online XAR MOTION PTE LTD Dealer or reseller confirming purchase and shipment of product. The email need to show product description and price
